My brother knew about Corinda through recommendations so we were confident that she was going to be great. But what I was pleasantly surprised with, was the thoroughness and professionalism of her team! I was overwhelmed and honestly, rather clueless during the process of selling my late mother’s home in Pearl City. It also didn't help that I no longer reside on-island. So, while my brother, who lives on-island pulled more weight in this process than I did (thank you oniichan!), Corinda and her team filled me in on every step. They made it so easy for me to fill forms online and even prepared a notary for specific documents. Corinda was also so wonderful in answering any questions I had along the way. We met Corinda Wong by chance over 30 years ago when my husband and I purchased and built our dream home right next to Corinda and her family. Recently, a dear uncle of mine passed away unexpectedly. My husband and I rushed to Waipahu, Hawaii from Connecticut in order to take care of his arrangements, clean out the house, and put it on the market as it was left to us in a Trust. Over the years I have been involved in rental properties and buying and selling personally on a limited basis. I once asked a very busy mortgage lender who he thought was a very good realtor.
