Corinda was fantastic - amazing. The best! She helped us sell a family property in Kailua. As a Realtor in Las Vegas, I am very demanding and Corinda lived up to my high expectations and more. We needed to do a lot of work on the house and Corinda worked with us from the beginning to get the house ready. She helped on making decisions on what we should do for the upgrades. She interfaced with the contractor and discussed things with him every step of the way. She might have been there 40 times - I am not sure. At least 10 times. Once we were ready to go on the market she told us it would go for $1.6M. Two of us questioned if it was too high. She got it in contract in like 5 days over asking price. Communication wise - she almost always called back inside of 15 minutes. WOW. As a Realtor, she set the standard for me. I can try but I can only hope to be as good.

The unit required extensive renovations and since I live outside of Hawaii, Corinda and her team arranged for the renovation work and managed the contractor's work. TLDR; if you want the best real estate team or are looking for a great friend, look no further than Michelle/Team Wong! We worked with Michelle Love from Team Wong Hawaii and I can't recommend her and the rest of the team enough. Michelle helped us find the perfect condo that met all our needs in Kaneohe. I could list all the things she did for us as an agent, but I'll talk about a few of the ways she made this first time home buying experience beyond what we could've had with any other real estate agent. Because this was our first time looking for a home, we appreciated that Michelle was always honest with her thoughts about a location. She did a lot of research on different properties of interest and made sure we were aware of any issues we may run into. She was never trying to pressure us into a sale. Michelle really advocated for us throughout the process, getting us not just a great deal on the condo, but negotiating for other credits as well. I am- admittedly- a difficult person to work with at times. I've known Corinda Wong for more than 30 years. She has helped me buy and sell my properties over the years. She has always been trustworthy reliable and smart. From the initial meeting till after our closing date Corinda was professional knowledgeable and reachable. I was selling my house, looking for an apartment rental to move into, and going to be away most of the time the house was on the market/in escrow after the initial open house. I wanted my agent to take care of the sale and apartment finding and anything else that came up. That's what happened. As we moved through offers and counter-offers and other events Corinda & Team Wong got things done again and again, even overseeing a front yard dig to rectify a clogged sewer line while I was away. As soon as I returned, they had me looking at potential rentals and I quickly found one that had most of what I wanted, with the help of Team Wong member Shaun. They actually listened to what I told them was important to me in a rental. I had heard that the team concept meant that initially the realtor was attentive, but then handed the seller off to the team and things got confusing and fragmented with the seller not knowing who to turn to for what, and the listing realtor basically disappearing until time to close on the sale. Definitely not my experience with Corinda & Team Wong. Corinda is very responsive to phone calls, txts and emails and the whole team was in the loop on everything all the time as far as I could see. No ball was dropped; even when Corinda had Covid while I was away Team Wong picked up and carried on. I have already spread the word to several friends who are looking for an agent to either sell their property or buy a property or both. Their service actually precedes the purchase portion, as Corinda helped educate me on the Ewa Beach rental market, which was very attractive to me as an investor. I hadn’t thought about the West side much, but her education helped me see the benefits of investing on that side of the island. I specifically look for fixer uppers that I can renovate and rent for top dollar, which she showed me numerous properties that fit this criteria. Corinda Wong is an outstanding person and real estate agent. She guided us through a 1031 exchange process during the months of October through December when inventory and sales are seasonally low. Her professionalism enabled the sale of our property where our tenant left cordially and a sale after the first showing at a price close to the appraisal price. Where her exciting and positive personality and skill as an agent were best demonstrated was the assurance that we will sell and find something to match our requirement for a replacement property. From the beginning she kept assuring us we will find a property we will like. Our requirement were location age size construction and design. Corinda is an outstanding agent and an amazing person!We were selling a home at the start of the winter holiday season which is the seasonally slow time of year. The sale was the beginning of a project constrained by federal regulations for 1031 exchange dictating time lines and financial limitations.
